MOBILE INTERNAL PARTITION WALLS

The GL-EXPO MOBILE is an internal walling system which allows the fabrication of high-quality segment doors such as accordion and folding doors. The possibility of using the GL-EXPO MOBILE in high ceilings areas and having a wide, openable door, makes it a perfect solution oriented towards shops, shopping malls, exhibition centres and office buildings.

The GL-EXPO Mobile system includes 100mm high profiles of a design depth of 35mm. This depth is fixed regardless of the glass pane thickness. The maximum height of the door panels is 4m and the maximum width is 1.5m. Tempered glass of the following thickness can be used: 8, 10, and 12mm. The main advantage of this system is the ability to easily change the functionality of the premises and to divide interior spaces.

FEATURES OF THE GL-EXPO MOBILE SYSTEM

The sections of the GL-EXPO Mobile systems are fitted to allow installation of the hardware (locks, hinges, parked system’s suspension brackets). In order to increase the tightness of the leaf, it is possible to use lower brush seals for profiles of a height of 100 mm Panes are support elements of the structure and so they are used in the “suspended” configuration. The fixing method is analogous to the basic version of this system: using the clamp in the upper set of profiles. The glazing gaskets remain invisible, whichever the side. With the basic GL-EXPO system, it shares colour possibilities and the simplicity of prefabrication and installation – this allows to carry out all the works on site.
